The Driver Sales Funnel is a simple tool that helps you manage the drivers you’ve referred and guide them from first contact to becoming an active Fare Co-op driver. Instead of guessing who needs follow-up, the funnel shows you exactly where each person stands and what to do next.
What the Funnel Is For
Every driver you refer goes through a few natural steps before they’re fully active. The funnel lets you:
– Keep track of who you’ve contacted
– See who still needs help or follow-up
– Move people forward as they complete steps
– Make sure no referrals fall through the cracks
The Funnel Stages
Each prospect lives in one of four stages:
Stage 1 – Contacted
You’ve spoken to them, shared your referral link, and they’ve registered or shown interest.
Stage 2 – Qualified
They understand the program, watched the videos, and passed the knowledge test.
Stage 3 – Developed
They’ve completed at least one final requirement (Stripe or background check).
Stage 4 – Closed
They’re fully active and taking rides.
You can move people between stages by dragging and dropping their name into the next column.
Adding Prospects
You can add prospects in two ways:
1) Add manually
Click the + button in any stage, fill in their details, and save.
2) Import from a spreadsheet
Upload a file using the import button to add multiple prospects at once. All imported prospects automatically start in Stage 1.
Keeping Prospects on Track (Color System)
Prospects are color-coded based on how recently they’ve been updated:
🟢 Green – Updated within the last week
🟡 Yellow – No updates for 1–2 weeks
🔴 Red – No updates for 2+ weeks
Any time you move or edit a prospect, they reset back to green. This helps you quickly spot who needs follow-up.
Prospects that sit untouched for 4 weeks are automatically moved to Timed Out, keeping your active funnel clean and focused.
Filtering & Viewing Your Funnel
– Use Filter by City to focus on a specific location
– Switch between Visual Funnel and Spreadsheet View
– See your total number of prospects at a glance
– Export everything to Excel anytime
